This page explains how articles on SprintDesk are written, checked and corrected. We publish game recaps, how-to-watch guides and analysis for the leagues we cover, and we want readers to be able to judge for themselves how much to trust what they read.
Each article is written by one of the writers listed on our site and carries that writer's byline and a publication date. We update an article when the facts change, and we show the update date on the page.
We keep news and analysis distinct. Opinion and predictions are labeled as such, and they are based on facts that we state in the article.
A headline describes what the article is about. We don't use headlines that promise something the article doesn't deliver, and we don't write headlines meant only to provoke a click.
Writers submit articles for review. An editor reads each article before it is published, checking the facts, the sources and the headline against this policy.
If we get something wrong, we fix it and note the change on the article. To report an error or send a tip, email contact@sprintdesk.uk. Please include the link to the article and what you believe is incorrect.
SprintDesk may show advertising. Advertisers have no say in what we write or how we cover a team, a player or a league. See our privacy policy for how advertising and cookies work on this site.
